The MTM Youth Creed: A Commitment to Values, Morals, and Character

Our creed is a declaration of principles, values, and moral commitments designed to guide young people in their personal growth and decision-making. It serves as a moral compass, inspiring youth to uphold integrity, respect, responsibility, and leadership in their daily lives. A youth creed often emphasizes character traits such as honesty, perseverance, kindness, and accountability while encouraging a sense of purpose and community service.

For our youth, this is a pledge or affirmation. The goal of the creed is to empower young people to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and a strong moral foundation, shaping them into responsible and compassionate individuals who contribute positively to society.

I am a unique creation, designed by God with purpose, to live in community with him and with others.
I will walk with integrity, seek wisdom, choose honesty, and act with kindness.

I will respect myself, my authorities, and my peers, embracing diversity and treating every person with dignity.
I will seek knowledge and understanding. 

I will be responsible for my actions, owning my mistakes, and striving to be better each day.

I will lead with courage, serve with humility, and love without condition, because that is the way of Jesus. 

I will stand for what is right, even when I stand alone.

I will not be defined by my failures, but by my resilience, my faith, and my unwavering commitment to goodness.

I am a builder of dreams, a protector of truth, and a beacon of hope.
With strength in my heart and purpose in my soul, I will leave this world better than I found it.
